Overview

The Google Sheets Financial Reporting Integration provides a real-time financial overview for companies managing multiple contracts and team members. By consolidating earnings and expenses into a single report, it streamlines accounting processes and enhances financial transparency.

Problem Statement

The client lacked a real-time financial reporting system. They were unable to view contract-wise earnings and member-wise expenses in one place. This fragmented approach made it difficult to track monthly and yearly finances and share a unified report with their accountant.

Solution

We built a custom financial integration system that solved the following:

  • Live Google Sheet Integration: Backend data—covering earnings, expenses, contracts, and members—was synced live to Google Sheets for always up-to-date reporting.
  • Contract-Level Breakdown: Each contract’s financials (incoming/outgoing) were itemized for detailed review.
