Overview
The Smart Meeting Booking System is an innovative solution designed to streamline the scheduling process for admin teams. By automating meeting bookings and integrating with Google Calendar, it eliminates manual scheduling tasks and reduces booking conflicts.
Problem Statement
The admin team needed a seamless solution to schedule meetings with external stakeholders. The existing process was manual and inefficient. Admins had to coordinate times, avoid double bookings, and manually add meetings to Google Calendar. They also needed control to disable specific dates/times and the ability to share personalized booking links.
Solution
We built a customized time-slot booking system with the following features:
- Google Calendar Integration: All meetings are auto-booked directly to Google Calendar without manual entry.
- Availability Controls: Admins can block specific dates/times to prevent bookings when they’re unavailable.
- Personalized Booking Links: Each admin has a unique shareable link for others to view available slots and book meetings.
- Real-Time Conflict Management: The system checks Google Calendar availability in real time to prevent double bookings.
